If for some reason you are not satisfied contact Package Menswear with 7 days of receipt of items in order to process an exchange. All products must be in their original packaging and condition includeing all tags. Due to health concerns, items that have been open or tried on are not eligible for exchange.
If a package arrives damaged or missing merchandise contact Package Menswear immediately for prompt replacement.
In order to process an exchange use the Contact Us Form and a customer service representative will email you with further instructions. Package Menswear will not be responsible for any lost returns for which the customer cannot provide proof of delivery.
